IP Pool and VALN can be connected

If You have IP pool settings, this will always be used identical VLAN on switch (on every switch in location, but maybe in multiple location too). Problem when we change IP address and use one from another pool, we need to change VLAN too. This can be problem because forget it, or because not known on which VLAN which IP pool works. For example In this moment simple user administrator who net need to known all from network configuration can't solve situation, and can't answer why can't assign IP from another pool. VLAN and IP pool need to be connected and if system see IP from pool with another VLAN it can be offer VLAN change automatically.
