Ispmanager have a major fault related with email server. We only can check what is happen in email server checking maillogs.

Ispmanager with web interface for monitor email is mandatory, because is very easy the server ip drops in blacklists and very hard to remove.

Hello,

If you check competition like cpanel they have information about what is happening on the mail server. The mail server is the most important thing we have on the server and if fails all customers call and call asking what is happening. On ispmanager we dont have control on the mail server. How can we know if some email account is compromised? How can we limit the email sent from some domain or user? How can we abtain stats about the email? We allways must check log´s and these is not the correct way to control.

We must have some mail server that is haed of problems and detect what is happening on the moment. By example we have one client that send in average 1000 email by day. Some day it reach 5000! it´s normal no! Something is happening and when we use a panel to host multiple websites and domains imagine the problem if the ip´s drop in a spamlist.

In my opinion we must have a complete tools to check all mail server activity.


- stats for delivery

- stats for email sent by client / domain

- stats for wrong auth

- limit for sent email by email acount or domain

- etc.....
